We are happy to announce that on Tuesday 20 May 2025, 19.00-21.00, Ms Evgenia Stavropoulou will give a guest lecture on the topic of "Remedies and Enforcement of Investment Arbitral Awards" for the course “International Investment Law & Arbitration” in the context of the 2024/25 LL.M. in International & European Law. The lecture will take place at 45 Akadimias Str., 1st floor, Room B.

Eugenia Stavropoulou is an Associate in the International Arbitration & Cross-Border Disputes Practice Group of Kim & Chang in Seoul, South Korea. She focuses on the resolution of international disputes, with an emphasis on commercial and investment arbitration. Her practice covers private and public international law, investment law, international trade, competition, intellectual property, maritime law, and the energy sector. Previously, she served for several years as a tribunal secretary at von Segesser Law Offices in Zurich, Switzerland, assisting arbitrator Georg von Segesser. Ms Stavropoulou is admitted to the Athens Bar Association. She holds an LL.M. in Private International Law and International Transactions from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement from the MIDS. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
